Set in the years following a successful insurrection, a totalitarian regime has come into power. Our main characters, Paul and his daughter, Sarah, are attempting to live under the radar as Christian-passing, despite the fact that they fled New York city after religious persecution for being Jewish. However, when a woman who only speaks Yiddish shows up on their doorstep, Paul and Sarah are forced to come to terms with either fleeing again, or fighting for their faith and heritage.
